The 4th draft of the Land Use and Transportation Plans is available
The fourth draft of the Land Use and Transportation Plans is now available. The public may view the document in several ways:

- PICK UP a CD-ROM with high-resolution PDF files from the Morrisville Planning Department
- VIEW a printed copy at Morrisville Town Hall or the Morrisville Planning Department

At this time, additional printed copies are not available, and CDs cannot be mailed.
If you would like to make comments on this draft, you may do so at the Planning and Zoning Board meeting on October 9, 2008 at Town Hall at 6:00 or by email to Ashley Jones. There will also be several additional meetings of the Town Council where the public can make comments.
Updates to the Fourth Draft: Since the fourth draft was released in July, a number of comments have been made by Town staff, neighboring jurisdictions and citizens. Changes in response to those comments are listed in the table Changes to the LUTP Fourth Drafts (updated 11/17/08). Because many of the changes are minor, the table allows readers already familiar with the fourth draft to easily see what is being changed. A new draft incorporating these changes will be distributed prior to the plans being finalized and adopted.
Also, please see the Kit Creek Road Reconnection Study. A summary of this document will be included as Appendix G of the Transportation Plan.

Please note that these are lower-resolution files to enable them to be viewed on the web, which makes the graphics slightly fuzzy (they're still readable). Digital "bookmarks" in the files can help you jump to the section you're interested in. The files are still quite large and may take a few moments to open. If you have trouble with the files or would like the full-resolution version, please pick up a copy of the CD-ROM at the Morrisville Planning Department.
