   • 14th July, Monday: 4th draft of Land Use and Transportation Plans distributed to PAC, PZB, staff and regional partners.
August 2008
    • 14th August, Thursday: Planning and Zoning Board Meeting. Open house starting at 5:00, meeting starting at 6:00. Initial presentation of plan, receive public comments.
September 2008
    • 2nd September, Tuesday: Planning and Zoning Board Special Work Session, starting at 6:00 at the Development Services Building at 260 Town Hall Drive. Special work session focused on the Land Use and Transportation Plans.
    • 11th September, Thursday: Planning and Zoning Board Meeting. A special Open House to ask questions of staff on the Kit Creek Road Reconnection Study will begin at 5:00. Click here for information presented at the meeting on the Kit Creek Road Reconnection Study. The meeting will begin at 6:00. Second briefing on plans.
October 2008
    • 9th October, Thursday: Planning and Zoning Board Meeting, starting at 6:00 at Town Hall. Third briefing on plans.
November 2008
    • 13th November , Thursday: Planning and Zoning Board Meeting, starting at 6:00 at Town Hall. Fourth briefing on plans and recommendation to the Town Council with changes.
December 2008
    • 9th December, Tuesday: Town Council Meeting. Open House starting at 5:30, meeting starting at 6:30 in Town Hall Council Board Room. First briefing on the plans.
    • 17th December, Wednesday: Town Council Meeting and Public Hearing on the plans. Meeting starting at 6:30 in Town Hall.
January 2009
    • 13th January, Tuesday: Town Council Meeting, starting at 6:30 in Town Hall. Second briefing on the plans.
